2026-27 MS Volleyball Coach (open until filled)

REQUIREMENTS :

Education : High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in Education preferred.

Experience : None. High School or College participation in sport preferred.

Physical Requirements : Eye-hand mind-eye coordination physical dexterity the ability to bend stoop walk talk and sit. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

Other Requirements : Successful completion of First Aid for Coaches course work or its equivalent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES :

• Coaches and provides direction for Middle School student athletes.
• Issues equipment and supervises the students care of it; inventories at end of season.
• Prepares daily practice schedule.
• Operates within District policies.
• Supervises students while in locker rooms play areas and remains with students while traveling.
• Provides first aid when necessary.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
