Division Director Otorhinolaryngology Opening in New Jersey Location : Egg Harbor Township, NJ - Atlantic City 9mEmployment Type : Full-Time, PermanentExperience Level : Post-training clinical experience requiredA leading regional health system in southeastern New Jersey is seeking a visionary Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead a growing team of surgical specialists as part of a bold transformation initiative focused on innovation, access, and excellence in care. This is a high-impact leadership role with a dynamic and well-supported division at the forefront of surgical advancements and collaborative clinical partnerships. Provide clinical, academic, and strategic leadership for a growing ENT division Oversee operations and growth in alignment with the system’s long-term strategic vision Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on minimally invasive techniques Collaborate with oncology teams for integrated, multidisciplinary cancer care Access to five Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems Lead a team of 4 board-certified ENT surgeons and 2 Advanced Practice Providers Develop and support research, education, and innovation initiatives Strong academic affiliations and teaching opportunities Shared 1 : 4 call schedule, supported by APPs and hospitalist teams Guaranteed OR block time and robust surgical volume from day one
- Engage in outreach and workforce development to reduce healthcare disparities Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Otolaryngology Post-fellowship clinical experience New Jersey medical license or willingness to obtain DEA, BLS, ACLS, CSR / CDS certifications – Required or obtainable before start
