Job descriptionProvide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and document patients conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on treatment plans medications and health maintenance. Maintain accurate complete and timely patient records. Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times. Participate in shift reports team meetings and continuing education opportunities. Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelors degree in Nursing). Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience . Current BLS / CPR certification . Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
