An established law firm is seeking an associate with approximately 2-3 years of legal experience to join its finance practice in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders or borrowers in documenting, negotiating, and closing finance transactions, including asset-based loans, real estate loans, and / or cash flow loans.

Job Details

We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented candidate with a strong academic background and excellent drafting skills.

This position is based in Nashville, TN, and the selected candidate must either already reside in the area or relocate to Nashville before the time of hire. Additionally, candidates must be licensed to practice law in Tennessee or eligible for admission.

Active member of the Tennessee Bar, or eligibility to waive in
