Finance Business Partner

A company is looking for a Finance Business Partner for the North America Finance team. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic support to Finance and Business leadership through analysis of financial and operational information Coordinate financial performance management processes, including month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting Analyze monthly results and propose adjustments to P&Ls while identifying financial opportunities and performance issues Required Qualifications 5-7 years of progressive accounting and financial analysis experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related subjects Advanced analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions and monitor progress Experience working with large datasets and / or process automation tools is a plus Understanding of GAAP accounting standards and revenue recognition is a plus
