A leader in specialized cleaning / sanitation equipment (specifically in Food & Beverage environments) is seeking a Field Engineer (Project Manager) to manage, provide technical assistance and customer support for installation & commissioning projects. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. This role is remote with 50% of the work in the field (travel). Ideal candidates would be located near major airports, east of the Mississippi River.
- Anticipate $100K-$120K annual salary, BOE

Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for Food & Beverage equipment (chemical handling, dilution, safety).Manage start-up, commissioning, and oversight of modular equipment installations.Monitor project performance, initiate corrective actions, and ensure compliance with contractual, customer, and legal requirements.Train customer employees and internal colleagues (sales, service) on equipment maintenance and operation.Collaborate with sales to gather client requirements, design solutions (e.g., tanks, pumps), and prepare / present quotations.Execute 3-10 simultaneous projects on time and within budget, primarily in dairy, carbonated drinks, brewery, and proteins.Ensure adherence to local legislation and Health & Safety standards.Work with North American and Global Engineering Teams to deliver innovative solutions.Qualifications :
Engineering degree (mechanical, chemical, food) preferred but not required.3+ years of experience in technical project management, maintenance, or engineering in Food & Beverage.Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and prioritization skills.Exceptional communication skills for client, vendor, and sales interactions.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools.Willingness to travel 50%+ to project sites across the U.S.Experience with CAD, PLCs, or third-party vendors is a plus.
