Director- Tax, Managed Services (Alternative Assets)

We are seeking an accomplished Director to join our Tax Managed services team. This individual will play a strategic leadership role in serving private equity and alternative investment clients. The Director will provide high-level technical expertise oversee multiple projects drive business growth and maintain impactful executive-level client relations. This role offers the chance to engage directly with clients providing tailored solutions and serving as a trusted advisor securing alignment between client goals and our service offerings.

What youll do

• Youll oversee multiple projects ensuring quality effectiveness and alignment with client needs.
• Youll serve as a trusted advisor delivering tailored solutions and guiding clients on fund formation structuring transactions and cross-border tax matters.
• Youll anticipate emerging tax issues communicate their implications proactively and design innovative strategies to optimize outcomes for funds investors and portfolio companies.
• Youll manage complex technical reviews resolving intricate tax returns and issues for partnerships and corporations in private equity and alternative investment sectors.
• Youll collaborate with leadership driving growth initiatives expanding client relationships and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
