Manufacturing Planner Supervisor

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is responsible for managing the internal Make Planning and Material Handling team within one of the production buildings on site. This position will work Fri-Sun (5a-5p) with flexibility to make up the remaining 4 hours across the rest of the week.

As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing planning, production support, and material handling teams to ensure efficient production operations. You will oversee the management and staffing of approximately 3-5 direct reports and work to continuously improve production processes through Production Management Teams and operational metrics.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Manufacturing planning and scheduling to meet production demands
• Production support to ensure smooth operations
• Material handling and distribution to the production floor
• Continuous improvement through Production Management Teams and operational metrics
• Management and staffing of approximately 3-5 direct reports

Ability to Work Remotely : Onsite Full-time : The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position : 3x12 hour day
