Job Title : Warehouse Specialist

Location : Tulsa, OK

Schedule : Days : Monday-Thursday, 5am-3 : 30pm, + OT on Fridays (1-3x monthly)

Nights : Sun-Thurs 8pm-6 : 30am, +OT as needed

Pay :   $18 / hr 1st shift

$19 / hr 3rd shift

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and recording materials that arrive at our facility. The ideal candidate will have prior shipping & receiving, Inventory and general warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Specialist :

• Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure they match purchase orders and specifications.
• Accurately record received materials in the companys inventory system.
• Utilize an RF Scan Gun to scan barcodes and update inventory records (RF Scan Gun experience a plus).
• Ensure that all materials are stored in the correct locations for easy access and retrieval.
• Perform inventory duties as well as packing and shipping or loading tucks.
• Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
• Report any damaged or incorrect shipments to the appropriate department.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
• Be on your feet for most of the day and able to lift or move materials as required.
