Who We're Looking For :
We are seeking a recent law graduate or early-career attorney who is passionate about family law and driven to make a meaningful impact. This is a unique opportunity to develop deep expertise in high-conflict cases, working directly with a team that understands the psychological dynamics at play in emotionally abusive relationships.
Responsibilities Include :
- Supporting senior attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and drafting.
- Assisting with client intake, strategy meetings, and ongoing client communication.
- Preparing pleadings, motions, declarations, and discovery.
- Observing and participating in court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
- Learning to work collaboratively with DV advocates, therapists, and expert witnesses .
