In this pivotal role, you will lead our pediatric medical / surgical, cardiac, and neuro intensive care units, guiding a talented team of intensivists and fellows.

Your Mission :

As the Chief, you will be at the forefront of clinical care, teaching, research, and administrative leadership in a dynamic, high-volume academic medical center. Our division is renowned for its advanced critical care procedures and active participation in significant pediatric research networks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee a division of 16 attending intensivists and 9 critical care fellows .
• Provide exceptional clinical care while mentoring junior faculty and fellows.
• Engage in teaching and research initiatives that shape the future of pediatric medicine.
• Collaborate with other pediatric and surgical specialists to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in administrative roles, including Medical Director positions within the division.
