A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage various commercial transactions, ensuring detail-oriented examination of titles

Search and analyze public records to verify ownership and identify title-related issues

Collaborate with underwriters and prepare title commitments and reports

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of commercial title insurance experience

Understanding of legal and real estate terminology

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat / Pro, and property data platforms

Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

High school diploma or equivalent
