• $18.25 / hour (DOE) Actual compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. ​​​​ Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, health and dental insurance.  POSITION SUMMARY Provides general patient care and basic patient education as directed by providers.
• Performs duties which indirectly support patient care such as PCMH quality measures (prevention & disease), in-house practice services (medical, dental, and behavioral health), recordkeeping, routine laboratory duties, general equipment maintenance, immunizations, and maintaining site supply & medication inventories.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

MARGINAL DUTIES (AS ASSIGNED) :

All preparation for Uniform Data   System (UDS) prenatal delivery and birth weights reporting.
