We're seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the strategic vision, growth, and performance of Filevine's BDR organization. This leader will play a key role in shaping Filevine's revenue engine by architecting a world-class pipeline development functionfrom outbound strategy and execution to cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned builder who can scale teams, processes, and technology to support Filevine's high-growth trajectory. You know how to inspire people, drive operational excellence, and create systems that consistently generate high-quality opportunities. You'll play a pivotal role in talent developmentcultivating the next generation of Account Executives and revenue leaders within the organization.

Qualifications
5+ years of BDR / SDR leadership experience, including 2+ years managing global or multi-region teams.
Proven success building, scaling, and leading high-performing BDR organizations in high-growth SaaS environments.
Deep proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
Strong analytical, operational, and strategic planning skills with a demonstrated ability to manage through data and optimize performance.
Experience developing outbound strategies, playbooks, and GTM motions aligned with revenue goals.
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop frontline managers while building scalable leadership pipelines.
Strong communication skills, including confident executive-level presentation and cross-functional influence.
Successful track record collaborating across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to drive unified GTM outcomes.
Experience in legal tech, workflow automation, or adjacent SaaS industries (preferred).
Background scaling teams within rapidly growing or PE-backed organizations (preferred).
Familiarity with multi-segment or multi-product GTM structures (preferred).
Experience designing scalable enablement, onboarding, or training programs (preferred).
Advanced understanding of forecasting, capacity planning, and sales operations (preferred).
Ability to lead through change with adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments (preferred).
