Locums Tenens Program Manager

The Locums Tenens Program Manager will support strategy and operations for the Locums program with Ascension.

Responsibilities include :

• Provides Program Management support, with a focus on Vendor Management (VMS), including oversight of the Locum Tenens Life Cycle.
• Provides technical oversight with systems to overcome any obstacles.
• Manages contract negotiation, strategic sourcing, and assists in achieving enterprise standardization.
• Delivers financial reporting & data analytics to stakeholders along with presentations.
• Collaborates with executive leadership and key stakeholders to drive process and program optimization.
• Leads change management while driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Provides oversight with Managed Service Agreements (MSA).
