Riverview Rehabilitation and Nursing is accepting applications for Per Diem Physical Therapist.   Therapist is responsible to evaluate, Formulate / implement Treatment Plans, Mange case load, attend care plan, discharge plan meetings, home evaluations and supervise / direct physical therapy assistant.
