Project Management Supervisor

A company is looking for a PMO Supervisor who will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and project support within the PMO.

Key Responsibilities

Support recruitment by collaborating with hiring managers and managing candidate pipelines

Design and execute onboarding programs, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and contractors

Coach and mentor staff during onboarding, evaluating performance and maintaining work schedules

Required Qualifications

3+ years of project management experience

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Professional Project Manager (PMP)

Preferred Lean / Six Sigma certifications

Preferred Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and / or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)

3-5 years of insurance industry experience is preferred
