• Pay : $33.61 - $52.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience\n\nSummary : \nJoin our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Infusion Center, where you will provide essential direct patient care in a supportive environment. Utilize your nursing skills and the nursing process to enhance patient outcomes while adhering to our organization's mission and values.\n\nResponsibilities : \n
• Plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive patient care related to infusion services to achieve optimal health outcomes.\n
• Continuously monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.\n
• Assess and evaluate the educational needs of patients and their families, delivering tailored education based on age, culture, and individual circumstances.\n
• Delegate appropriate patient care tasks to ancillary personnel and mentor new nurses and students as needed.\n\nThis role requires strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to act efficiently and take the initiative to ensure high-quality patient care.\n\nRequirements : \n
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.\n
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).\n
• Minimum of 6 months of clinical nursing experience.\n
