Start Date : June 22 call only starting at 7 pm to 7 am on Monday, January 5 - Ongoing

Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days

Licensure Requirements : ACLS, BLS, PALS. DEA is required.

Hours : 7 am - 3 pm

Call Hours : 3 pm - 7 am

Call scheduled : Call every 1st and 3rd nights. Call every 4th weekday and 5th weekend for both OB &OR call approx. 1 per week

Supervision : Anesthesiologists onsite - little to no supervision. All CRNA practice. Yes - 60% supervision

Type of cases required : General, Gyn, Ortho, Podiatry, Bread and Butter, ENT, GYN, Urology, Ophthalmology, Endo, Peds. Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals

Level 3 Trauma Center, C-sectons and VBACs, 380 deliveries a year
