Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Hourly Pay Range :

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights :

Position : RN - Operating Room

Location : Glenbrook Hospital

Full Time / Part Time : FT, 40hrs / week M-F

Hours : Days rotating shifts with on-call obligations

Required Travel : Occasional travel to other Endeavor Health Sites

What you will need :

License : Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

Education : BSN degree preferred

Certification : BLS / CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider through the American Heart Association

Experience : Operating Room experience preferred

What you will do :

• Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patient populations and families
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
