Your Role and Responsibilities :

As a valued member of our care team, you’ll provide compassionate, client-centered care by assisting with :

Safe transfers and mobility support to prevent falls.

Light housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.

Meal preparation and nutritional support to promote client well-being.

Accompanying clients to errands and medical appointments.

Personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Medication reminders and health monitoring.

Dementia care with patience, empathy, and skill.

Companionship activities such as reading, music, and puzzles to brighten their day.

Qualifications and Skills :

High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.

Ability to lift / move 50 lbs without assistance.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Pass a background check.

CNA license, Home Health Aide, or Direct Care Worker certification preferred.
