Job Responsibilities of an Experienced Automotive Technician

As an Automotive Technician at Paul Campanella's Auto Centers, you will play a key role in vehicle diagnostics and repair. Main Duties

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to determine the root cause of vehicle issues.
• Perform complex vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to accurately assess vehicle problems and develop service plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and maintenance conducted.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing.
• Adhere to safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology through continuous education and training.

Compensation and Work Schedule

This full-time position offers an aggressive hybrid compensation plan that ranges from $60,000-$110,000 based on experience and qualifications. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM.
