Infection Control Nurse

Pride Health is currently seeking an Infection Control RN for our client in Rochester, MN! This is a year-long contracted position, with opportunities for extensions. In this position, you will help a team by leading infection control and quality improvement initiatives.

Shift : Day Shift - some occasional weekends / nights

Pay : $40-$45 Hourly

Contract Length : 1 year, 12 / 16 / 25-12 / 14 / 26

Duties :

• Reduce infection transmission risk and lead infection prevention initiatives.
• Monitor and manage quality measures and indicators.
• Plan and evaluate educational and clinical training programs.
• Develop and maintain policies related to risk management and safety.
• Use software tools and clinical data to guide decision-making.
• Lead teams, committees, and workgroups effectively.
• Work both independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
