Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Behavioral Health team. This individual will provide direct patient care by assessing, evaluating, diagnosing, prescribing, and following up with patients on an outpatient basis.

Position Details :

• Full-time hospital employed position
• Team : 13 physicians and staff
• Office Hours : 8am to 5 : 30pm

Education / Experience

Education Requirements : Graduate of accredited nursing school. Completion of an approved psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program.

Experience Requirements : Preferable 1-year experience

Licensure : Indiana Professional License

Certifications : Must maintain BLS / ACLS

Office Hours : 8am to 5 : 30pm
