    • Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities :

  • Receives referrals determines services required and Agencys ability to meet needs for pediatric and waiver patients.
  • Supervisory visits to observe clinical skills and ensure exemplary client care and compliance
  • Monitors documentation of pediatric and wavier patient clinical records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards of timeliness accuracy and completeness.
  • Manages / supervises a team of RNs LPNs Home Health Aides to provide effective and quality home care services

    • Qualifications :

  • Current license as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills excellent communication skills interpersonal skills documentation skills critical thinking and ability to work independently
  • Ambition to grow and advance with company goals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
