Evaluate and monitor a panel of geriatric patients in either Senior Care, Skilled Nursing homes or Assistant Living facilities. Phone call coverage your patients only 1 day per week, 1 night per week. You will own a facility panel of patients to cover with 200 patient encounters per month. Practice at your own pace.
