Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic, communicative, and compassionate physical therapist who will diagnose and treat individuals with movement limitations. Your goal will be to enhance their quality of life by alleviating pain and boosting physical function. Our treatment plans embrace flexibility, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving to ensure the best care for our patients. Be prepared to lift and transfer patients and be on your feet throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Develop, organize, and execute physical therapy programs that aid in recovery, enhance mobility, relieve pain, build strength, and prevent deformities.
• Document patient evaluations and progress notes diligently.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and home exercise routines.
• Adhere to departmental documentation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate therapeutic progress, adjusting treatment as necessary.
• Follow all guidelines, regulations, and safety procedures throughout the therapy process.

Qualifications

Education must comply with state licensure requirements. A valid state Physical Therapist license is mandatory. A valid driver's license may be required. Applicants must maintain department-specific competencies and certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers, within the first 60 days of employment.
