The organization manages over one billion dollars in assets and has completed more than two billion dollars in real estate projects since 2006.

General Description

We are currently accepting applications for a Yardi Information Systems Administrator . This position supports the Controller and Chief Financial Officer and will play an important part in strengthening the organizations use of Yardi.

The Role

This person oversees the organizations technology systems to ensure they operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with business goals. They function as the primary liaison for software applications, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows. They also implement solutions and improvements that enhance system performance and support the organizations overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Technology Roadmap

• Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmap aligned with company growth objectives and real estate portfolio expansion.
• Define system architecture standards and integration strategies across Yardi Voyager, financial systems, and third-party applications.
• Lead technology selection, evaluation, and implementation for new modules, tools, and platforms.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for system performance, user adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Present quarterly technology updates to executive leadership, highlighting achievements, risks, and investment recommendations.
