  • Manage booking processes, including confirming reservations, processing payments, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Answer client inquiries regarding cruise options, availability, pricing, and other travel-related services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with cruise line partners to offer the best services and deals for clients.
  • Handle any issues or changes in bookings, providing timely resolutions and excellent customer service.
