We are looking for individuals to play an integral role in growing our outsourced accounting practice. We serve a variety of clients across the country by performing their back office accounting functions. Simply put, our objective is to provide superior client service by executing at a level that meets Embark's lofty standards.
To be a good fit for our Senior Accountant role you will have :
4+ years of experience in Big 4 / public accounting and / or corporate accountingStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAPStrong computer skills, particularly in ExcelKeen attention to detailStrong communication skills, both oral and writtenA high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multitaskAdded bonus if you have :
Operational accounting & monthly close experienceProcess and procedures documentation experienceFinancial statement preparation experienceSEC filing exposure / experienceExperience in multiple general ledger systems (i.e., Quickbooks, Netsuite, Sage Intacct)What's in it for you :
