    Job Title : Sales Development Representative (SDR)

    FLSA Exemption Status : Non-Exempt

    Organizational Alignment : Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer

    Position Overview : As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on HealthBar's growing Sales & Marketing team, you'll help expand access to our direct-to-employer healthcare programs across Michigan and beyond. This hybrid role blends outbound prospecting (?80%) with client renewal support (?20%), driving new opportunities while ensuring a smooth, positive renewal experience. It's an ideal fit for a motivated, high-energy professional eager to grow into an Account Executive or Customer Success role.

    Essential Functions

    Sales Development (?80%)

  • Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings with HR leaders, CFOs, and benefits decision-makers.
  • Research and identify target accounts aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (2002,000 employees) with an average deal value of >
  • $115,000.

  • Personalize outreach and engage prospects to book discovery calls for Healthcare Solutions Consultants, CRO, etc.
  • Maintain accurate and complete CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring all assigned leads and renewal accounts are up to date.
  • Renewals Coordination (?20%)

  • Own the renewal calendar and ensure timely communication to customers approaching renewal.
  • Send 90-, 60-, and 30-day renewal reminders and schedule renewal review meetings with Healthcare Solutions Consultants or Account Management.
  • Monitor the renewal pipeline in HealthBar Hive and update status on all accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure contracts are sent and executed on time.
  • Proactively identify risks and flag accounts that need additional attention.
  • Qualifications Required
