What You'll Be Doing

• Lead regional equipment and fleet functions to ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with corporate and manufacturing standards; Create and maintain 5-year replacement / rebuild plans for major mobile equipment
• Collaborate with operations and procurement to optimize equipment lifecycle and utilization
• Monitor fleet performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives; Drive implementation of SAP based maintenance system
• Manage DOT compliance in conjunction with local business units; Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
