Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive rehab team in Windsor, Virginia . This full-time, permanent role offers consistent day shifts, competitive pay, and the chance to make a meaningful impact by helping patients improve communication and swallowing abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor / document patient progress
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers
  • Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team

    • Requirements

  • Active Virginia SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Previous rehab or clinical experience preferred
