Job Summary
The Facility Integrity Engineer ensures the safety, compliance, and performance of assigned facilities by conducting risk assessments, defect evaluations, and integrity analyses. They support regulatory compliance, technical troubleshooting, and in-service release management while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires a solid foundation in engineering principles, integrity assessment methods, and industry regulations.
Job Description
- Perform facility integrity program activities for assigned facilities.
- Determine the Evaluation Method for facility asset.
- Perform data gathering and quality control of Facility Integrity data residing within PODS.
- Perform risk assessment for facility assets.
- Identify preventive and mitigative measures to protect HCAs through participation in Information Analysis process.
- Provide technical support for in-service facility releases.
- Stay current with regulations, industry standards, integrity assessment methods, repair methods, and other applicable technologies.
Skills Required
3+ years of experience in facility engineering, or equivalent, is required.Working knowledge of the various Federal and State regulations including Integrity Management regulations is required.Technical knowledge about various integrity assessment methods is required.Technical knowledge about defect assessments and appropriate repairs is required.Knowledge of safety inspections of equipment, piping and processes is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.Ability to work effectively in a multi-discipline team environment with office-based and field-based staff is required.Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time is required.Experience in midstream facility design, operations, or integrity assessment is preferred.A detailed understanding of facility risk management and analysis is preferred.Working knowledge of data management methods is preferred, including use of MS Access and SQL Server databases.Education / Training / Certifications
