Is responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the plan of care for the person served. Performs and directs administration of all physical therapy modalities & collaborates throughout the process with the patient and their family and the interdisciplinary team.MINIMUM : Doctorate, Masters, Bachelors or Associates Degree in Physical Therapy. CERTIFICATION / LICENSES : Current New Mexico Physical Therapist licensure & BLS certification required.SKILLS : Demonstrates accountability and skills in assessment / evaluation, decision-making and time managementShould have strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.EXPERIENCE : None required.NATURE OF to : Director / Manager Sports MedicineENVIRONMENT : - Bloodborne pathogen : BWorks in a clean, well lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment.
