Contracts Liaison (Finance Specialist Senior)
The Multnomah County Community Health Center is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven Contracts Liaison (Finance Specialist Senior) to join our dedicated team. This isn't just a desk job, it's your chance to be the central nervous system ensuring our Health Center programs receive the essential resources they need to serve our community.
This position is the critical link between our Health Center and our Health Department / County partners. You will not only coordinate, but lead and maintain all programming related to contracts and procurement within the Health Center.

Minimum Qualifications / Transferable Skills
Education / Training : Equivalent to a bachelor's degree. (In lieu of a degree, we will consider relevant education experience)
Experience : Minimum of three (3) years of responsible experience in Finance Reporting, Procurement, Contract Development, or Contract Management.
