Associate Attorney - Personal Injury & Employment Litigation

Cicchiello & Cicchiello, LLP, a well-established and respected plaintiff-side litigation firm, seeks an entry level to an experienced Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join our team. We represent individuals in employment law and personal injury matters throughout Connecticut, advocating for employee rights and injured victims.

Position

We are seeking an entry to mid-level litigation attorney ideally with prior experience handling civil litigation. The ideal candidate has strong written and oral advocacy skills, is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing cases from intake through trial or settlement.

Key

Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
• Manage client relationships and provide thoughtful legal guidance
• Attend court appearances, mediations, and depositions
• Work collaboratively with partners and support staff to achieve optimal client results
