About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : 3x12-Hour Shifts

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1 year in Pediatric Cardiac ICU / CVICU / CICU

License : Permanent License in Hand required

Certifications : PALS, BLS

Must-Have :

• Pediatric critical care experience
• Pre / post-op experience with congenital heart disease

Description :

Position in Pediatric Cardiac ICU / CVICU / CICU.

Weekend requirement : 3 out of 6 weekends.

On-call is not required.

Floating may occur to Medical / Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Neonatal ICU, and Acute Care for Children.

Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius.

Guaranteed hours : 36 hours per week.

50 / 50 Day / Night rotation available.

Staffing includes direct patient care in critical situations.

Understanding of congenital heart disease and its management is crucial.

Charting system is Cerner, with plans to transition to a new system.

Facility offers an acute care environment with a focus on advanced pediatric care.
