Job Description

As the Director of Group Sales , you’ll lead the strategy and execution of group business at one of Utah’s premier resorts. You’ll focus on corporate, SMERF, government, and association markets, building lasting relationships and driving revenue across rooms, meetings, and events.

This is a dynamic, people‑centered role where you’ll combine strategic thinking, hospitality expertise, and hands‑on leadership to grow business, mentor your team, and elevate the Westgate brand.
