Communications Analyst

A company is looking for a Communications Analyst.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the strategy and execution of outbound communications, measuring impact and implementing improvements

Maintain and manage the template catalogue for various communication channels

Design and run experiments to optimize communication effectiveness and monitor key performance indicators

Required Qualifications :

1+ years of relevant professional experience in communications, CRM, CX, or related fields

Experience as a cross-channel communications UX specialist

Strong command of logical structuring and compliance assessment

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
