Wire Transfer Analyst

LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading mortgage company located in downtown Chicago. They are looking for a meticulous Wire Transfer Analyst to manage and oversee critical wire transfer activities.

As a Wire Transfer Analyst , you will ensure the smooth and accurate execution of financial transactions, including processing both incoming and outgoing wire transfers, verifying customer authorizations and managing ACH (Automated Clearing House) downloads. You will also serve as a key point of contact for customer service inquiries, perform credit and balance verifications and assist the accounting team with essential daily operations.

Wire Transfer Analyst Responsibilities :

• Process all wire transfers and ACH transmissions, ensuring compliance with company policies and banking regulations
• Verify authorizations to safeguard against fraud or errors
• Maintain accurate records of wire authorizations and log all activities for auditing and reporting purposes
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding wire transfers, providing clear and accurate information
• Assist customers with troubleshooting transaction issues and navigating wire transfer protocols
• Perform credit and balance verifications as required for transaction approvals
• Support the accounting team by contributing to daily bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting
