Indiana (Multiple Counties) | Part-Time or Full-Time | $26$30 / hr (based on experience, $30 / hr cap) | 3 or 5 days / week Flexible schedule | Hybrid (field + remote)

Were seeking an experienced and organized Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as our LPNNursing Coordinator. This role is ideal for a nurse who loves case management, training caregivers, and maintaining compliance without heavy bedside nursing or overnight shifts.
