Join Clients multifaceted eCommerce engineering team as a Lead Engineer specializing in Adobe Target. In this role, youll drive digital optimization through experimentation and personalization, helping develop data-driven strategies that improve customer engagement and conversion. This is a hybrid role : 2 days remote, 3 days in the office

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the design and execution of A / B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target.
• Develop personalized content experiences and audience segmentation strategies.
• Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics, AEM, Launch (Tags), and other Martech tools.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define hypotheses and optimization goals.
• Code and implement user experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights based on performance metrics.
• Ensure accurate tracking, tagging, and reporting across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Adobe Target deployments.
• Stay ahead of with Adobe Target capabilities and propose innovative use cases.
