We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance Specialist at Chick-fil-A on Sisk Avenue. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth rotation and filleting of raw chicken, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, and supporting the general upkeep of all relevant equipment and areas.

As part of our team, you will contribute to the safe and efficient operations of our kitchen and overall restaurant by adhering to strict safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

Raw Chicken Handling & Filleting :

• Rotate raw chicken cases to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory control.
• Properly fillet raw chicken according to company standards for size and quality.
• Ensure correct storage of raw chicken to prevent contamination, spoilage, or loss of product.
