Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Strategic :
- Deliver a robust, targeted sales plan aligned with growth goals
- Full P&L ownership for the U.S. operation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize performance, analyze financial results, and drive revenue growth
- Represent the brand and strengthen market presence within the U.S. metals sector
Operational :
Oversee all operational activities, ensuring efficient project delivery and high safety standardsLead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial and operational teamMaintain strict adherence to internal processes and regulatory compliance across health, safety, and environmentCandidate Profile
