Position Overview
We are seeking a Child Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide specialized mental health services to patients aged 6 and above in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY. Qualifications
~ Education : Master of Science in Nursing or higher from an accredited PMHNP program
~ Licensure : Active New York State PMHNP License
~ Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience with children aged 6 and above
~ Requirements : Must have an active Medicaid; Bilingual (mandatory)
~ Technical Skills : Child psychiatric assessment, medication management, therapy modalities
~ Soft Skills : Cultural competence, empathy, strong communication with children and families
