A company is looking for a Director of Institutional Philanthropy to lead fundraising strategies and manage relationships with institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the institutional fundraising strategy focused on foundations and potentially expanding to corporate and government funders

Cultivate and manage relationships with institutional funders, ensuring coordinated engagement across programs

Oversee the full grant lifecycle, including pipeline development, proposal writing, and reporting

Required Qualifications

Experience in institutional fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development in global nonprofit organizations

Proven track record of securing large, multi-year grants ($1M-$10M+) from foundations

Strong understanding of industry trends and opportunities for growth

Experience leading and coaching teams for high performance

Ability to design and optimize systems for fundraising processes and donor management
