About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Engineering to take on a mission-critical executive role with full ownership of worldwide engineering strategy, new-product introduction, and technology roadmap. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling global engineering organizations, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, software, and validation disciplines. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, capable of serving as the technical face of the company at customer C-suite reviews and industry conferences.

This role requires a leader with a proven track record in the automotive powertrain and fuel systems industry, particularly in the areas of high-pressure diesel and gasoline fuel systems, injectors, turbochargers, and next-generation hybrid / electrified propulsion components. The ideal candidate will have a deep working knowledge of industry standards and quality systems, as well as the ability to launch advanced engineering solutions into OEM production programs. Experience in motorsports, performance aftermarket product development, and a background in hydrogen combustion, e-fuels, or hybrid-electric fuel system integration are highly valued. The Vice President, Product Engineering will also be expected to have strong relationships with OEMs across North America, Europe, and Asia.
