Job Summary

We are seeking a solutions architect with strong technical expertise to assist in selling our real-time data platform products. The responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of our products’ features, functions, and processes, and helping close sales by providing technical guidance to clients.

The ideal candidate should possess :

  • In-depth technical knowledge of our products and the technology ecosystem.
  • The ability to architect tailored solutions based on client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain solutions clearly to customers.
  • A drive to achieve sales goals and a talent for solving technical challenges.

    • This is a pre-sales position, requiring travel for customer meetings as needed.

    Responsibilities

  • Discuss and qualify technical requirements with customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and other teams to advance deals.
  • Design solutions to meet customer technical needs.
  • Perform proof-of-concepts to demonstrate our platform’s capabilities.
  • Present technical solutions to various customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Promote Aerospike at events and meetups.
  • Identify areas for improvement and communicate feedback to management and product teams.

    • Prerequisites

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English.
  • 7+ years of experience in database technology, including NoSQL, Relational, Distributed, MPP databases (e.g., Aerospike, Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
  • Strong coding skills in at least one language such as Java, C / C++, Python, Go, etc.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux.
  • Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).

    • Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Flink, Pulsar.
  • Experience with Graph or Vector Databases, AI-ML projects.
  • Understanding of infrastructure components like networking, CPUs, SSDs, memory.
  • Presales experience in a tech organization is a plus.
