Seeking a Product Management / Designer Leader for Critical Event Management Suite

This role requires a visionary leader to own and drive our product strategy, road map , integrating cutting-edge data analytics, threat intelligence (including weather, social, infrastructure vulnerabilities from diverse sources like government, third-party, and social media), GenAI / AI, and deep UX / UI expertise within a SaaS framework. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex data into actionable insights and intuitive user experiences for proactive and reactive critical event management.

The successful candidate will also bridge the gap between product development and customer / industry needs, acting as a crucial liaison. This involves a deep understanding of both technical capabilities and market demands to proactively shape the product roadmap.

Key Qualifications :

• Strategic & Visionary Leadership : Defines and champions a compelling product vision, integrating AI and comprehensive threat intelligence to anticipate, manage, and learn from critical events. Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Can wear many hats.
• Technically Savvy : Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, message delivery and queuing designs in cloud and non-cloud environments.
• Data-Driven & AI Acumen : Expertise in data analytics, GenAI, and other AI methodologies to inform product strategy, predict threats, and design ethically sound, scalable solutions for risk mitigation and safety. Excels at synthesizing multifaceted data (threat intelligence, social media, etc.) into actionable insights.
• Exceptional UX / UI & SaaS Proficiency : Champions intuitive, accessible, and highly usable interfaces that minimize cognitive load during crises. Possesses strong understanding of SaaS architecture and AI model integration to design feasible and scalable critical event workflows.
• Threat Intelligence & Crisis Management Expertise : Deeply understands user needs in critical event management landscape and makes decisive, data-informed product and design decisions under pressure. Designs for clarity and rapid response, informed by comprehensive threat intelligence and social safety protocols.
• Decisive Communication & Collaboration : Articulates complex AI concepts, nuanced threat intelligence, and urgent event information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to build trust and drive. Able to use data visualization methods to deliver insights, solve problems and gain support for solutions.
• Market & Customer Centricity : Possesses a strong understanding of CEM industry needs and desires to work with customers to drive product evolution. Enjoys conducting competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and threats. Possesses relevant industry experience in critical event management or related fields.
• Client Engagement & Support : Capable of operating in a client-facing capacity, similar to a Sales Engineer, to understand customer challenges firsthand, provide technical insights, and gather actionable feedback when necessary.
